Description: High Speed is a type of Caster Magic that allows the caster to move at extremely high speeds by augmenting the user's lower body.
Strengths: The user of this magic receives a 1.5x boost to speed buffs, and is able to make spells that center around dealing damage with their legs.
Limitations: This magic has no long-ranged capabilities, as it's range is strictly close-range. This could make facing opponents who hold expertise in long-range fighting difficult to deal with.
